Our property features unique entire houses, thoughtfully designed for your comfort with modern facilities and traditional touches. You'll find shared access to fully equipped kitchens, inviting living rooms, and convenient laundry facilities.

We offer two distinct private house types:

1. OLD KHMER WOODEN HOUSE

• Size: A spacious 96 m²

• Layout: Features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a private entrance.

• Comfort: Air-conditioned throughout with additional fans and desk lamps.

• Relaxation: Enjoy your own private balcony with beautiful garden views, complete with a comfortable deck chair and a teak wood outdoor table and chairs set.

• Sleeping: Equipped with both a single bed and a double bed.

• Amenities: Includes a seating area, dining area, tea and coffee maker, safe, antique and exclusive furniture, bedside tables, clothes rack, open wardrobe, armchair, desk, coffee table, and more.

2. DELUXE ENTIRE HOUSE

• Size: A comfortable 50 m²

• Layout: A spacious double room with air conditioning, a private entrance, and a private bathroom boasting a shower.

• Views: Features a private balcony with beautiful garden views.

• Sleeping: Equipped with a cozy double bed.

• Entertainment: Enjoy a flat-screen TV and a tablet for your convenience.

• Amenities: Includes a hair dryer, desk lamp, fan, lamp, coffee maker, safe, antique and exclusive furniture, bedside tables, clothes rack, open wardrobe, desk, coffee table, and more.

PRIVATE AMENITIES

• Living & Dining: Dedicated living and dining areas, various seating options (chairs, tables, armchairs), antique and exclusive furniture.

• Kitchen Essentials: Bottled water, drinking water, tea and coffee kit, coffee maker, kettle, glasses, barbecue facilities, outdoor grill.

• Convenience: Wi-Fi throughout, mirror, writing utensils, non-smoking rooms, self-check-in, room service, washer and dryer, washing machine.

• Bathroom: Toilet, toilet bowl, shower, bath accessories, bath towels, slippers, toiletries, water heater.

• Dinner Experience: Savor authentic Khmer local food prepared by your hosts. It's not about fancy decor, but genuine flavors and a true connection to Cambodian culinary traditions. Enjoy classic dishes like Fried Chicken, Lok Lak Beef, Fried Vegetables, Soup Fish with Vegetables, and Fried Fish. Set Menus available for $6 USD per person.

• Airport Pick-up/Transfer: Enjoy a hassle-free arrival with our private car transfer service from Siem Reap-Angkor International Airport (SAI) directly to The Old Khmer House. Cost: $30 USD.

• Laundry Service: For your convenience, we offer a laundry service at $2 USD per Kg.

FAMILY PLAN: 

Children of any age are welcome.

• Children aged 1 -11 years stay free of charge with parents in existing bed, but breakfast will incur an additional charge based on consumption and menu prices.
• To see the correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.
• The number of extra beds allowed depends on the option you choose. Please check your selected option for more information.
• All extra beds are subject to availability.

EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT: 

Early check-in and late check-out will be subjected to room availability. Late check-out up to 6pm is subject to 50% rooms charge. Full rate will be charged for late check-out after 6pm.
